QuoteIQ review: features, pricing and an honest verdict
Everything a home-service owner needs to decide on QuoteIQ (some people search “Quote IQ”): what each of the five plans really includes, what the AI tools cost to run, how it stacks up against Jobber and Housecall Pro, and which trades it suits. We've used it, and we tell you where it falls short.

QuoteIQ is a good buy for small home-service businesses that live on quotes. Even the $29.99 Essentials plan includes the AI Estimator, tiered estimates, invoicing, online payments and an AI receptionist. The catch is the ladder: QuickBooks and job costing need Pro ($199.99), routing and online booking need Elite ($299.99), and AI calls spend credits.

QuoteIQ features
We cover the ten features that most often decide a purchase, with the plan each one sits on. The full list of tools is on QuoteIQ's features page.
AI Estimator
Describe a job or add up to five photos; it asks follow-up questions and drafts line items you review. Typically 5–15 IQ Credits per estimate.
Read more →MapMeasure Pro
Satellite area and linear measuring that drops the number straight into an estimate line. AI AutoMeasure costs 100 IQ Credits a measurement.
Read more →InstaQuote self-quoting
A quote form for your website: customers pick services, answer questions and see a price with your deposit. Hands off to online booking.
Read more →Scheduling & dispatch
Day, week and month views, recurring visits and drag-to-reschedule. Assigning team members and On The Way texts start on Pro.
Read more →Route optimization
Reorders the day's stops into a shorter path, plus route density zones for planning service days by area. Uses credits per leg.

Estimate-to-invoice, card, ACH, Apple Pay and Google Pay, tips and consumer financing. Processing rates are not published.
Read more →Virtual Call Team
AI that answers your line, qualifies callers and logs them as contacts. 125 IQ Credits per minute, and a separate $1.25 per-call base fee.
Read more →Review Multiplier

QuoteIQ vs Jobber
The comparison we get asked about most: Jobber's polish and app marketplace against QuoteIQ's built-in AI, phone and measuring.
Compare →QuoteIQ vs Housecall Pro
Similar money at the top end. Housecall Pro wins on cheap online booking and payroll; QuoteIQ on built-in phone and AI.
Compare →QuoteIQ vs ServiceTitan
A published $29.99 plan against quote-only enterprise software. Mostly a question of team size and reporting depth.
Compare →QuoteIQ vs Workiz
Workiz sells by quote with a 7-day trial and puts online booking on every plan. QuoteIQ publishes its prices.
Compare →QuoteIQ vs GorillaDesk
GorillaDesk is built for pest and route trades, with basic routing on its $49 plan. QuoteIQ gates routing to Elite.
Compare →QuoteIQ vs Markate
Markate starts at $49.95/mo with many $10 add-ons. We line up what a small crew would actually pay on each.
Compare →QuoteIQ vs ServiceM8
ServiceM8 prices by job volume with unlimited users and a free tier. Different model, different winners.

Compare →QuoteIQ by trade
QuoteIQ says it serves 50+ trades. Here's how it fits eight of the most common, including the gaps that matter for each.

QuoteIQ: quick answers
Is QuoteIQ Review the official QuoteIQ website?
No. QuoteIQ Review is an independent site run by people who have used QuoteIQ. We're not owned or run by QuoteIQ, we can't access your account, and we don't offer support or logins. For account help, contact QuoteIQ directly through its own website or app. We earn a commission if you subscribe through our links.
How much does QuoteIQ cost?
As of October 2026 there are five plans: Essentials $29.99 a month for one user, Beginner $99.99 for two, Pro $199.99 for four, Elite $299.99 for ten and Max $699.99 for twenty. Extra users are $25 a month each. Annual billing is advertised as two months free. AI and phone usage draws on monthly IQ Credits.
Does QuoteIQ have a free trial?
Yes, every plan has a 14-day free trial, but you need a credit or debit card to start it, and it converts to a paid plan unless you cancel first. The trial comes with a flat 250 IQ Credits rather than the plan's full allowance, and changing plans mid-trial ends the trial and bills you straight away.
What is QuoteIQ best at?
Quoting. The AI Estimator drafts line items from a description or photos, Options and Package estimates let customers pick a tier, and MapMeasure Pro measures lawns, roofs and driveways from satellite imagery on Beginner and up. Those tools make it a strong fit for trades that win work by sending a lot of quotes.
What are the main drawbacks?
Tier gating and usage costs. QuickBooks Online, job costing and in-app calling need Pro at $199.99; online booking, routing, inventory and automated review requests need Elite at $299.99. AI calls and measurements spend IQ Credits. There's no QuickBooks Desktop, no payroll, no vehicle GPS hardware, and the app is English only.
Is there a QuoteIQ promo code?
We don't know of a public promo code we can verify, and we won't post made-up ones. Be aware that QuoteIQ's promo-code deals are paid up front with no free trial. For most contractors the better deal is the 14-day trial, then annual billing, which QuoteIQ advertises as two months free, once you're sure.
