Privacy policy
This site doesn't ask for any personal information. It uses Google Analytics to count visits, and QuoteIQ's affiliate system may set a cookie when you click through to QuoteIQ.
Heads up: we're an independent QuoteIQ affiliate. If you start a subscription through our links we earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. We're not affiliated with QuoteIQ. How this site works.
What we collect
Nothing you type in. There are no forms, sign-ups, comments or accounts on QuoteIQ Review, so we never receive your name, email address, phone number or payment details.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which links are clicked, so we can keep the useful pages up to date. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard technical information such as your browser, device type, the page you came from and an approximate location. We see this only as aggregated reports. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services.
Affiliate cookies
When you click a link to QuoteIQ, such as a free-trial button or QuoteIQ's pricing page, the link carries our affiliate tag. QuoteIQ and its affiliate platform, Rewardful, may set a cookie in your browser to record that you arrived from this site. Those cookies are set by them, not by us, and are covered by QuoteIQ's own privacy policy. Anything you enter while signing up for QuoteIQ goes to QuoteIQ, not to us. Our affiliate disclosure explains the relationship.
Links to other sites
We link to QuoteIQ, its competitors and review sites. Each has its own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Changes and contact
If we add anything that collects data, we'll update this page first. To ask about privacy, use the contact route on our about page. Otherwise, the QuoteIQ review is a good place to start.
Privacy: common questions
Do you collect my name or email?
No. This site has no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups or accounts, so we don't ask for or store your name, email, phone number or payment details. If you sign up for QuoteIQ, you do that on QuoteIQ's own website, under QuoteIQ's privacy policy, not ours.
What does the affiliate cookie do?
When you click one of our QuoteIQ links, QuoteIQ and its affiliate platform, Rewardful, may set a cookie that records you came from this site. If you later subscribe, that's how a commission is credited to us. It doesn't change the price you pay and isn't set by us.
Can I browse without being tracked?
Yes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a private window, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way. Blocking cookies may mean an affiliate commission isn't credited, which doesn't affect you at all.
How do I contact you about privacy?
We don't run a contact form, so the best route is through the details on our about page. Tell us what you'd like to know and we'll reply. For anything about data you've given QuoteIQ, such as your account or payments, contact QuoteIQ directly.
