QuoteIQ compared with the alternatives
Most contractors shortlist QuoteIQ next to Jobber or Housecall Pro. Here's how the entry prices and trials line up across seven competitors, with links to each full comparison.
Heads up: we're an independent QuoteIQ affiliate. If you start a subscription through our links we earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. We're not affiliated with QuoteIQ. How this site works.
Every comparison on this site uses the vendors' own pricing pages, checked in October 2026, and we say where a vendor doesn't publish a number rather than guessing one. QuoteIQ also runs its own comparison pages (QuoteIQ's compare index); they're useful, but they are marketing, and a few still quote QuoteIQ's older prices.

Which QuoteIQ competitor is cheapest to start?
ServiceM8 has a free tier capped at 30 jobs a month and a $29 Starter plan, and QuoteIQ Essentials is $29.99 for one user. Jobber Core and GorillaDesk Basic are $49 a month, Markate $49.95 and Housecall Pro Basic $79 monthly. ServiceTitan and Workiz don't publish prices, so you need a sales call.
Do competitors require a card for their trial?
Among the vendors that say, QuoteIQ is the only one here that asks for a credit or debit card to start its trial. Jobber and Housecall Pro offer 14 days with no card, and Workiz offers 7 days with no card. GorillaDesk, Markate and ServiceM8 don't say either way on their pricing pages.
Is QuoteIQ better than Jobber?
It depends on what you value. QuoteIQ includes AI estimating, satellite measuring and an AI receptionist on plans where Jobber charges extra or relies on integrations. Jobber has a lower entry price for some team setups, no card for its trial, a website on every plan and a bigger app marketplace. Our head-to-head covers the numbers.
When should I skip QuoteIQ entirely?
If you need QuickBooks Desktop, payroll, vehicle GPS hardware, a Spanish-language crew app or a dispatch board for twenty-plus technicians, QuoteIQ isn't built for you yet. Our alternatives page matches each of those needs to a tool that covers it, using the vendors' own published pricing.
