QuoteIQ Review is an independent site. We're not owned or run by QuoteIQ. We're an editorial team that has used QuoteIQ to run real jobs, and we started this site because the information we needed before subscribing was scattered across dozens of vendor pages, some with out-of-date prices.
What this site covers
A full QuoteIQ review, a plain pricing breakdown, ten feature reviews, eight head-to-head comparisons, fit for eight trades and practical guides. We don't offer QuoteIQ support, logins or account help.
How we research
- Vendor pages first. QuoteIQ's pricing page and its help-center plan matrix are our source for prices and plan gates. When other QuoteIQ pages disagree, we say so and use the current ones.
- Help center and terms. For trials, credits, cancellation and refunds we read QuoteIQ's help articles and terms of service rather than marketing copy.
- Third-party reviews. We check the Apple App Store, Google Play, Capterra, GetApp and Trustpilot, and report ratings with the site, score, count and date. We don't combine them into a score of our own.
- Our own use. We've used QuoteIQ, so we describe how workflows feel. We don't publish measured results, screenshots or customer numbers we can't back up.
- Monthly re-checks. Prices for QuoteIQ and every competitor we cite are re-checked monthly and dated on the page.
Corrections policy
If something on this site is wrong or out of date, whether that's a price, a plan gate or a feature that has changed, we fix it and update the date on the page. Significant corrections are noted on the page itself. Vendors are welcome to point out errors too, but they don't get to edit or approve our wording. How we earn money is set out on our affiliate disclosure.

Can you help with my QuoteIQ account?
No. We have no access to QuoteIQ accounts, billing or support systems, and we don't offer a login. For anything about your account, contact QuoteIQ directly through its app or website. We can only help with the decision before you buy, and with how features and plans compare.
How often do you update prices?
We re-check QuoteIQ's pricing page and help-center plan matrix every month, and the competitor pricing pages we cite at the same time. Each page shows the month we last checked. If a vendor changes prices between checks, tell us and we'll correct the page.
Does the affiliate commission affect your verdicts?
We earn a commission when someone subscribes through our links, which is why we're careful to list QuoteIQ's limits as clearly as its strengths. Our comparisons say when a competitor is the better pick, and we don't publish ratings, testimonials or results we can't source.
