QuoteIQ Review Multiplier: What It Does and Which Plan Automates It
Review Multiplier is QuoteIQ's toolkit for getting more Google reviews: a review dashboard and link, automated requests after jobs, review blasts, AI request calls and AI-drafted replies. The thing most marketing copy skips is that the automatic requests need the Elite plan.

The basics are on every plan; the automation that makes it a "multiplier" is Elite-only. Every plan gets the review dashboard, a Google review link and Google Business Profile reviews. Automated email and text requests after a paid invoice or accepted estimate start at $299.99/mo. Some of QuoteIQ's own pages suggest otherwise; its help center is clear.

Which plan includes what
| Part of Review Multiplier | Plan |
|---|---|
| Review dashboard and Google review link | Every plan |
| Google Business Profile reviews | Every plan |
| Automated review requests (invoice paid, estimate accepted, scheduled or declined) | Elite ($299.99) and up |
| Mass text and email campaigns (for review blasts) | Elite ($299.99) and up |
| Email & Text Automation (other triggers) | Pro ($199.99) and up |
QuoteIQ's pricing help FAQ is explicit: "the automated sending starts on Elite." Several QuoteIQ industry pages, and the older electrician page, say every invoice includes a smart review request automatically, without that caveat. Go by the help center.
Credit costs
QuoteIQ doesn't publish a specific credit rate for review requests. The AI parts, such as AI review-request calls and AI-drafted replies, run on IQ Credits, with the cost shown before each AI action. Calls are the expensive part: the Virtual Call Team rate is 125 IQ Credits per minute, so a batch of AI review calls can use a lot of your allowance. Text blasts also need A2P 10DLC registration through Twilio before they'll send.
How a contractor uses it day to day
On a lower plan, the practical routine is manual: send the Google review link from the dashboard when a happy customer pays, and reply to new reviews from the inbox. On Elite, you set the triggers once, usually invoice paid, so every finished job gets a request without anyone remembering to send it. A review blast to past customers can give a new Google profile an early push, and AI-drafted replies save time if you get reviews often. Read the AI's reply before it's posted, since it's public and carries your name.
Limits and gotchas
- Review link and Google reviews inbox on every plan
- Automated requests on paid invoices and accepted estimates
- AI drafts replies to Google reviews
- Review blasts to past customers
- Automated requests need Elite at $299.99/mo
- QuoteIQ's own pages disagree on which plan automates it
- AI calls use credits at the call rate
- Text blasts need A2P 10DLC registration
One more oddity: when we checked, QuoteIQ's Review Multiplier page was serving the body of its Client Portal page, with only the browser title mentioning reviews. That's a site bug on their side, so rely on the help-center plan matrix for what's included.
How it compares with Jobber and Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro's pricing page lists review management on its Basic plan ($79/mo monthly, $59 annual); check Housecall Pro's page for how automated its requests are. QuoteIQ's Jobber comparison treats Jobber's Marketing Suite as a separate paid product in its cost example, but our research doesn't include that price, so check Jobber's pricing page. For reference, Markate sells review requests as a $10/mo add-on.

Review Multiplier questions
Does QuoteIQ automatically ask for reviews on every plan?
No. QuoteIQ's help center says automated review requests start on Elite at $299.99/mo. Every plan gets the review dashboard, a Google review link and Google Business Profile reviews, so on lower plans you send the link yourself. Some QuoteIQ industry pages imply automatic requests on any plan; the help center contradicts that.
What triggers an automated review request?
On Elite and Max, automated requests go out by email or SMS when an invoice is paid or an estimate is accepted, scheduled or declined. Most businesses use invoice paid, so the request arrives right after the job is finished and settled, when the customer is most likely to respond.
Can QuoteIQ reply to Google reviews for me?
Yes. Review Multiplier includes AI-drafted replies to Google reviews, which it can post for you, plus a Google reviews inbox and review analytics. AI actions use IQ Credits, and the cost is shown before they run. Read each reply before posting, because it's public and represents your business.
Do review request texts need any registration?
QuoteIQ's text-blasts page says mass texting requires A2P 10DLC registration through Twilio, the US carrier registration for business texting. Expect to complete that before blasts to past customers will send. Plan for it at the start of your trial so it doesn't hold up your first campaign.
Is Review Multiplier worth upgrading to Elite for?
On its own, probably not for most small shops, since sending the review link manually is free on every plan. Elite makes more sense if you'd also use its route optimization, InstaQuote, online booking, inventory or mass campaigns. Add up the Elite features you'd actually use before deciding.
